Who we are
This website is operated by the Trucking And Logistics Alliance of America (“TLAA”). Questions about this policy can be sent to it@thetlaa.org.
What we collect
When you submit the expression of interest form, we receive what you enter: your organization, your name, your email address, the membership class you are interested in, and anything you write about your company. We also record when the form was sent.
The form does not ask for payment details or government identification, and you should not send them through it.
How we use it
We use your submission to contact you about membership and to organize the founding membership of the association. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are available to the association officers and committee members responsible for membership.
How long we keep it
We keep a submission while it is needed to respond to you and to organize founding membership. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use cookies for advertising or to follow you across other websites. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the site from automated abuse, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that purpose.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us by writing to it@thetlaa.org.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top.
